Arrived back, they really need to do something about the Wiki Wiki
shuttle, its really kind of embarassing. thankfully the weather is
cool. Im still on j time, i passed out after lunch, and now after
dinner im wide awake.
Some observations from this trip, bag is a little too big, encourages
taking too much, i didnt use all that i took. Makes it very awkward
when you cant roll it, and there is no side handle. That made it hard
for baggage handlers. Will need to tell Dakine.

Just got back in myself. We docked along the main concourse, so no hot, deisel-smoke-belching, 1970’s, rattly shuttle of death. It was still like “Welcome to Manila” on arrival though, due to the general ethnic cross-section of State Airport employees.
It was funny watching the porter dudes having to flip every single bag over on the carousel – you’d figure they’d have a talk with the downstairs guys who could put the bags on the conveyor the other way so they come out the correctly! Guess they need an excuse to remain employed though…
The raisin-maple bagel pre-landing snack made me sick to the stomach yet again. I don’t know if that or the previous grapefruit danish with hideous fruit/vegetable juice was worse. At least the danish didn’t make me want to vomit.
Speaking of vomit, someone from the previous NWA flight from KIX filled every single sink in the men’s baggage claim restroom with light brown vomit. I think there was corn in it – it looked like “local style hamburger curry”. Mmm…
We got Hokkaido Milk Roll, and a mini anpan as breakfast snack.
Dinner was omrice, which is what I had at KIX, didn’t eat much of it.
Did you go to that upstairs place on the front left? Too bad they changed names and painted over the yaoi mural on what used to be the narrow non-smoking side. My plane food was something like spaghetti meat sauce on rice.
