Honest, I didn&#8217;t drink before taking this shot, much. Needed some snacky bits to go along, so Dave busted out the salmon jerky from Hokkaido. Good stuff!\u00c2\u00a0 Complete with Engrish! Actually grammatically the English on the packaging was pretty good, just um, ornate.<\/p>\n<p align=\"center\"><img loading=\"lazy\" width=\"160\" src=\"http:\/\/www.studionewmedia.com\/gallery\/d\/17640-2\/IMG_0649.jpg\" alt=\"salmon\" height=\"119\" style=\"width: 160px; height: 119px\" title=\"salmon\" \/><\/p>\n<p align=\"center\">Yes, the print is impossibly tiny: &#8220;when the high northern sky clears to a perfect light\u00c2\u00a0 higher than in any other season\u00c2\u00a0 salmon which have survived a long long sea journey return with unrelenting determination\u00c2\u00a0 Never daunted by raging torrents\u00c2\u00a0 toward the river of their birthplace\u00c2\u00a0 salmon are swimming with heartfelt devotion\u00c2\u00a0 their silvery scales glistening\u00c2\u00a0 What vitality and mystery they are filled with!\u00c2\u00a0 A last salmon struggle along in their birthplace\u00c2\u00a0 an unending goal throughout their pilgramage\u00c2\u00a0 spawn a large number of eggs and then exhaust their remaining energy\u00c2\u00a0 only to be carried away by a stream&#8221;<\/p>\n<p align=\"left\">Anyway, the enchiladas came out yummy, the Hokkaido craft beer tasty, the rest of night was pretty mellow.
