Okay, I found it.\u00c2\u00a0 The Indian restaurant in Sapporo run by Indian nationals!\u00c2\u00a0 They have a tandoor!\u00c2\u00a0 They make mango lassis!\u00c2\u00a0 Taj Mahal on the B1 level of Sapporo Factory mall, on the Northeast side.\u00c2\u00a0 I even got to order in English!\u00c2\u00a0 We ordered samosas, lamb biriyani, and chicken tikka masala.\u00c2\u00a0 It was all very good.\u00c2\u00a0 The nan that came with the chicken was enormous and slathered in melted butter.\u00c2\u00a0 The lassis and samosas were around $5 each, and the entrees were around $10 each, so the total was around $35 or so for two.\u00c2\u00a0 The entrees included the rice or nan, so those didn’t have to be ordered ala carte.\u00c2\u00a0 They had chana masala – I was torn between that and the chicken.\u00c2\u00a0 I’ll just have to go back!<\/p>\n
