Cool, not cold. Hit the Lost Lake trails. Unfortunately Akron rolled out front tire on a rock and went dirt surfing. Cut knee, scuffed forearm &amp; chin, cracked helmet and worse injury is banged wrist. After patching homie up, the rest of us went out for more of Lost Lake.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Post ride meal was sand which\/burgers\/soup past the bookstore.
